CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please note: Your place in a course/workshop is not guaranteed until your payment is received. All schedules are subject to change. Substitute teachers may occur.
Any cancellation will include a non-refundable registration fee of 200 SEK. For cancellations later than two weeks before the course/workshop starting date no amount will be refunded for any form of cancellation. This is in order to meet the responsibilities and commitments made by the course/workhop organiser.
Insurance policy: The attendees participating in a course/workshop do this on their own accord and release House of Hoofing from any liability.
PRIVACY POLICY & GDPR
By May 25 2018, a new EU regulation began to apply throughout the EU. It is called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applies to all companies and organisations that process personal data. The purpose of GDPR is to strengthen personal privacy and the right to protect personal data. A personal information is an information that can be linked to you as a person: images, address, telephone number, etc. We value transparency and it is important that you know how we handle your personal data.
By submitting personal data in the registration email, each and every applicant automatically accepts that HoH registers and stores all personal data for the specific purposes outlined below in this Privacy Policy document.
DATA PROCESSING

when registering we need to collect some basic data including name, email address, and country. This information will not be shared with any external parties, it will only be used to complete the registration process and to keep mutual and necessary communication active and possible.

HoH will at your request or on our own initiative replenish, rectify or erase any incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data linked to your person. You are entitled to, in accordance with applicable law, to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning you and your person. HoH do not share your data with any third parties without your additional consent, if not required under applicable law to fulfill legal obligations.

the festival administration may gather certain usage information from the web hotel, www.one.com, like the numbers and frequency of visitors to our website. This data is only used on the aggregate and does not include any personally identifying information.

if a dispute originates from this website and/or the festival, the Swedish law will be applicable, and all matters will exclusively be treated in Swedish court.
